WARRANTY & SERVICE
- This PC is covered by TKF’s basic Two (2) years’ service plan.
- Individual Component warranties are as per the manufacturing company’s warranty policies (which will be detailed in the final invoice)
WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER THE FOLLOWING:
- Damage caused by the actions that are beyond our control, such as: impacts, water damage, fire, rain, lightning or other natural / nuclear disasters.
- Product that has been damaged through mishandling, misuse or abuse.
- Broken case or Warranty seal is broken / tampered or unauthorized repair will not be covered under warranty.
- Damage due to power surge on account of voltage spike/fluctuations, due to inadequate earthing provision, due to direct plugging without use of UPS or any such damage by shorting shall be construed and considered as ‘CUSTOMER INDUCED DAMAGE' and is not covered under standard warranty.
- Incase of such damages, it is solely the Manufacturing Company’s decision to accept / deny any Warranty Claim. Rest assured we shall provide assistance in this process but cannot guarantee product replacement/repair.
- Unauthorized modification of the system as a whole or individual component and/or the attachment of local/unbranded peripheral devices.
- In case any serial numbers or tagging is removed from components – warranty can be voided (it is entirely manufacturer’s decision)
- Products under warranty will either be repaired or replaced as per manufacturer/supplier warranty policy.
- Monitor, UPS, Keyboard & other peripherals are also covered by their respective Manufacturer for warranty support and service.
